Welcome to the Barry Lakes Member Portal, your convenient online resource for managing your membership and accessing important financial information.

Through this portal, members can securely make online dues payments, view financial reports and documents, and stay informed about the financial operations of the Lake Community Property Owners Association (LCPOA).

Our goal is to make managing your membership easier while promoting transparency and keeping our community connected and informed.

Portal Registration

Members must register for an account to access the portal and take advantage of these features.

  1. Navigate to the Portal registration page using the button above.
  2. Select I am an owner.
  3. Enter your 6-digit account number (found on your account statement).
  4. Select the correct primary owner name and property address.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

Make an Online Payment

Use your online member portal account to make your quarterly dues payment.

  1. Login to your account using the button above.
  2. Click Make a Payment.
  3. Select Add New Payment Method and choose your preferred payment type.

    4. Payment Options & Fees

    • Credit Card: 3.5% processing fee.
    • Debit Card: $5.95 processing fee.
    • Bank Account (Checking or Savings):
      • One-time payment fee: $2.95.
      • AutoPay payments after setup: $0.99 each.
      • If AutoPay is not enabled, the $2.95 fee applies to every payment.
  4. After selecting your payment method, choose either: One-Time Payment or AutoPay.
  5. Enter your payment amount and complete the checkout process.

Financial Documents

Stay informed about the financial health of the Barry Lakes L.C.P.O.A.

Members can access two important financial documents: the Monthly Financial Summary, which provides an overview of the Association's income, expenses, and financial activity, and the Rolling Forecast, which outlines projected revenues, expenses, and anticipated financial needs.

These reports are provided to promote transparency and help members better understand the Association's financial position and future planning.

Proposed Bylaw Changes

The Bylaws Committee has met regularly over the past year to review and recommend updates to the L.C.P.O.A. bylaws. We encourage all members to carefully review the proposed changes and bring any questions or concerns to the General Meeting on Wednesday, October 28th.

For easy reference, all proposed changes are highlighted in bold, italicized red text.

Q4 General Meeting

4th quarter general meeting will be held at the clubhouse October 28, 2026 @ 7:30pm. Please support your community by attending.

Boat Removal Deadline

Boat removal must be completed by November 30, 2026 to receive your $50 refundable boat deposit.
