Badges

L.C.P.O.A badges are to be worn when using any recreational facility or attending club sponsored functions. Badges are issued annually, usually around May, and are valid for one year.

Parking Decals

Parking permit decals are required for vehicles parked on L.C.P.O.A. owned property, which includes, but not limited to, the beach and clubhouse parking lots as well as L.C.P.O.A. roads. Parking decals are issued annually, usually around May, are valid for one year and can be picked up at the office.

Vehicles not displaying a parking permit will receive a warning notice. A second violation of parking without a permit can result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.

Guest Parking

Community members guests parking at the beach area must secure a guest parking pass from an L.C.P.O.A. lifeguard or from the office. If lifeguards not present, and the office is closed, a note must be placed in the vehicles windshield stating they are a guest, and include the member's name.

Home Rentals

Per the Vernon Township Ordinances open_in_new, short-term rentals are allowed with a proper permit. Notification must be given to the L.C.P.O.A. when a home is being used as a short-term rental. Bed & Breakfast rentals are prohibited per the township ordinances.
