Clubhouse Rentals

The Barry Lakes clubhouse is available for parties, special occasions, functions or group meetings and can accommodate seating up to 162 people.

Rental Hall Details

• Hall is 3,900 sq feet (75' x 52')
• Climate controlled
• 72" round, and 72" rectangular tables and chairs.
• Dance floor area
• Full kitchen, refrigerator, oven, microwave
• Overhead lighting
• Stage area

Setup and clean up is the responsibility of the host.

Rates & Fees

• Members $150.00 + $200.00 security deposit
• Non-members $500.00 + $200.00 security deposit

Rental Insurance

All renters must provide a certificate of insurance and must name "L.C.P.O.A. 76 Wawayanda Road, P.O. Box 995, Highland Lakes, NJ 07422" as an additional insured for the day.

If alcohol is being consumed, the certificate of insurance must also include the "Liquor/Host" liability option.
