Clubhouse Rentals

The Barry Lakes clubhouse is available for parties, special occasions, functions or group meetings and can accommodate seating up to 162 people.

• Hall is 75ft x 52ft
• Climate controlled
• 72” round & 72” rectangular tables and chairs.
• Dance floor area.
• Full kitchen, refrigerator, oven, microwave.
• Overhead lighting.
• Stage area

Setup and clean up is the responsibility of the host.

Rental Rates & Fees

• Members $150.00 + $200.00 security deposit
• Non-members $400.00 + $200.00 security deposit

Rental Insurance

All clubhouse rentals require insurance and a certificate of insurance.

If liquor is being consumed at your event, a certificate of insurance is required from your homeowner's policy. The certificate of insurance must state that you are covered for liquor/host liability and must name L.C.P.O.A. 76 Wawayanda Road, P.O. Box 995, Highland Lakes, NJ 07422 as additional insured for the day.
