LCPOA Bid packages for the following contracts will be available at the Barry Lakes Clubhouse Tuesday through Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the office by 2:00pm, March 17, 2026.
Please contact the office with any questions.
Any contractor who would like to bid on a project for the LCPOA must meet the following requirements.
- Provide an insurance certificate showing evidence of liability, automobile & workers' compensation Insurance.
- Provide a Tax Identification or social security number.
- If unincorporated, you must provide a Business Registration Certificate.
- All contractors will receive a 1099 if you are not incorporated and make over $600.00
