Bid Opportunities

Available opportunities will be posted here when they become available


Any contractor who would like to bid on a project for the LCPOA must meet the following requirements.

  • Provide an insurance certificate showing evidence of liability, automobile & workers' compensation Insurance.
  • Provide a Tax Identification or social security number.
  • If unincorporated, you must provide a Business Registration Certificate.
  • All contractors will receive a 1099 if you are not incorporated and make over $600.00

Board of Director Ballots

Official ballots were mailed on Oct 31st, 2025

  • Ballots are due by Dec 15th, 2025.
  • Ballots MUST include your account #.
  • Ballots MUST be mailed to:

    PO Box 400
    Highland Lakes, NJ 07422

  • Do not return your ballots to the office or any other address.
  • Please contact the office if you did not receive a ballot in the mail.

Boat Rack Clean-out Deadline

All boats must be removed from the boat racks no later than Nov 31st, 2025

Boats left on the racks after this date may be subject to removal and/or fine.
