Association Bylaws
The bylaws of the Barry Lakes L.C.P.O.A. establish the rules and guidelines that govern the Association’s operations.
They define its organizational structure, policies, and procedures, including membership requirements, elections, meetings, voting procedures, and the roles and responsibilities of officers, trustees, and board members.
Oct 19, 2026: The Bylaws Committee has met regularly over the past year to review and recommend updates to the L.C.P.O.A. bylaws. We encourage all members to carefully review the proposed changes and bring any questions or concerns to the General Meeting on Wednesday, October 28th.
