They outline the structure, procedures, and responsibilities within, including matters such as the election of officers, meetings, voting procedures, membership criteria, and the roles of various positions within the Barry Lakes L.C.P.O.A.

Nominations may be mailed, emailed, or dropped off at the office. An nomination form is available online and has also been sent to members via USPS.
Deadline: All nominations must be received by Friday, August 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM (close of business).
